En casas habitadas: Para la producción de un Plan Detallado se requiere de una primera visita en la que conocemos a los Dueños y nos familiarizamos con el inmueble. Hacemos un recorrido exhaustivo de la propiedad, durante la cual hacemos apuntes y tomamos fotos.
Con base en esta visita, se elabora el Plan que incluye nuestras recomendaciones detalladas y específicas para ese inmueble en particular, cuarto por cuarto, por dentro y por fuera. El Plan se entrega al Corredor dentro de los siguientes dos (2) días hábiles después de haber hecho la visita in person. Comes direct to the owner, with copies to the Corridor.
